All our items are designed with love by our in-house design team. Our team consists of active individuals just like yourself, so we totally understand your needs when it comes to activewear and we deliver products you’ll love.
What kind of fabric does VIASWEAT use?
Our fabrics are mostly recycled nylon or polyester and spandex composite, while the inner lining is a polyester-spandex. All our fabrics include moisture-wicking technologies and anti-microbial agents, which help with odor control.
Do your bras and tops include padding?
As confident as we try to be, sometimes we get a little self-conscious about our “girls”. We worry about them staying in place, or about their shape, or whether or not our “headlights” are on. But when you’re working hard and kicking ass, your girls should be the least of your worries! Most of our bras and tops come with our customized padding design with the option of removing them if you’d like. Our unique and one-of-a-kind padding gives your girls just enough lift while keeping them in place, and they’re thick enough to take care of any headlight issues.
What size should I order?
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing, which is why we have created a sizing guide for you on each product page. If you would like more detailed size information, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to walk you through it!
Will the colors bleed?
We love bright colors and we're constantly inspiring ways to bring you the biggest, boldest colors out there. Before any of our products hit the market, we always perform a series of tests on the fabric to ensure that the colors won’t run or fade with washes. However, just like your favorite new pair of jeans, sometimes there’s a very slight risk of color change or transfer with highly saturated hues. We recommend washing your bright colors alone in cold water before wearing to remove any excess dye that can occur as part of the dyeing process and to follow our care tags for instructions on how to love your activewear. Do not use fabric softeners as it damages the color and stretching of the fabric as well as the wicking technology used to draw sweat away from the skin. Do not dry in direct sunlight as it will affect the color saturation of the activewear.

I’m so excited about my order! How long is the wait?
For any orders, it takes about 1-2 business to process. Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to arrive in Taiwan. For deliveries to addresses outside of Taiwan, please allow 3-4 business days in Asia, 4-5 business days all international orders to arrive. We will notify you once the order has shipped and include a tracking number for your convenience. Once we deliver your order, we will send an Shipping Confirmation email with your delivery and tracking details on Linex Solutions or DHL.
If you did not receive an Order Confirmation email within three days after you have placed your order, please contact us at email@example.com.
How can I track my order?
When your order is shipped, we will send you an Shipping Confirmation email containing the courier service and tracking number which will allow you to easily and quickly locate the whereabouts of your order! If you did not receive this email, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once your order has been processed and shipped from our warehouse, please directly contact your courier with any inquiries about the status of your package.

Where does VIASWEAT ship from?
All our orders are shipped from Taipei, Taiwan.
Does VIASWEAT deliver worldwide?
Absolutely! We ship pretty much anywhere & everywhere. When entering your address details in the shopping cart, please ensure you select the correct country from the drop down menu. We are not able to deliver to PO Box addresses. When placing your order, please provide a physical postal address.
VIASWEAT unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.
What if my order is delayed or damaged during shipping?
Unfortunately accidents do happen. If there is a delay with your order due to inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you. Your tracking number also includes information on how to contact the shipping carrier.
VIASWEAT is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address or international customs issues.
What happens if an item I’ve ordered is actually unavailable?
We do our best to keep our inventory up to date, unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee availability of products. If the item ordered becomes unavailable or delayed, we will immediately notify you by e-mail or telephone and a full refund can be issued, if preferred.
Can I make a change to an existing order or cancel my order?
Unfortunately no. Once your order has been placed and you have received your order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your order. If you wish to return your order, please refer to the Returns Policy.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
What is your returns/exchanges policy?
We hope you love your VIASWEAT! But if for any reason you are not happy with the product, don’t worry! We offer free returns and exchanges on all our pieces within 14 days of receipt of package. We do not accept any returns or exchanges after an order has exceeded the 14 days period from receipt of package. We currently offer free returns and exchanges for customers in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau and China only, and can be applied once per order. For all other countries, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The item/s must be in original saleable condition with all original tags and packaging remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise in question does not meet our standards. Where provided, all original packaging to accompany the item—including hangtags & dust bags— as well as purchase receipt must be included and returned in its original condition.
Any merchandise returned to VIASWEAT without contacting us first will incur a non-negotiable re-stocking fee at 20% of the cost of the merchandise ordered, excluding shipping.
a) VIASWEAT will not be held responsible if there is a delay in delivery.
b) Customers will be responsible for the upfront return or exchange shipping and handling fee. If the free returns or exchanges policy is met, we will then refund the return or exchange shipping and handling fee accordingly.
c) If free shipping is not included in the original order, or if the free shipping policy is not met due to a returns or exchange request, VIASWEAT will not be responsible for the original cost of shipping (or cost incurred from not meeting free shipping requirements). We will only refund the price of the product deduct the original cost of shipping.
d) For faulty or damaged goods, please include a copy of your postage receipt. If the product is deemed faulty after review we will then credit the cost of postage back to you.
e) We ask that you please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at email@example.com so we can urgently review the matter for you!
How do I request a return?
Requesting a return or exchange is really easy! please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.Our customer service team will contact you once they receive your request with complete instructions on how to ship your items back. Once the items have been received and processed, you will receive a refund (or product exchange).
We ask that you please allow 7-14 business days from the day we receive and process your returns package for your account to be credited. For credit card transactions, we will refund the amount back onto the original card with which the order was placed. Certain banks may take an additional 2-10 days for your account to be processed.
VIASWEAT cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to returns goods and keeping a record of the tracking details.
What is a pre-order?
Sometimes, we get so excited about the launch of a new product that we just have to share with our customers even before the items arrive at our warehouse! When you pre-order with VIASWEAT, you are pledging to purchase merchandise that is yet-to-arrive in stores. In this way, you are securing yourself a desirable item in advance. The purchase of merchandise by pre-order is final sale and you will be charged in full at checkout. Once your pre-order has been placed and you have received you order confirmation, you cannot cancel or amend your pre-order. If you wish to return your pre-order after receipt of the item/s, please refer to the Returns Policy.
How soon will I get my pre-order item/s?
Pre-order items are shipped soon after they arrive at our warehouse. We try to include an estimated in-stock date for all pre-order item/s (which is indicated in each item’s product page). After the items have arrived at our warehouse (“in-stock”), your order will be processed in 1-3 business days, depending on pre-order volume. Please note that pre-orders are shipped on a first-come, first-served basis; VIASWEAT will ship items to customers in the order in which they were initially placed.

What do I need to know about Promotions?
Promotional Codes are valid for the specified time period only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. One-time use promotions, e.g. gift vouchers, must be used in their entirety in a single purchase. Promotions cannot be applied to previously placed orders or to orders that have been adjusted. Promotions where you receive a reduction on the second item will be applied at the checkout on the lower priced item. Free promotional merchandise offers upon meeting minimum spend requirements are only available until stocks last. An alternative will not be provided where stock is no longer available. VIASWEAT, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to extend or terminate a promotion at anytime.
Return of gift with purchase or promotional items
If your order is returned for refund or online credit note and you have received a promotional item of gift with purchase, the item must also be returned unworn and in original condition with hangtags intact; otherwise the retail price of the promotional item of gift will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Who owns the photos once they are submitted?
If you shared the photo, you own it. However, by tagging and sharing your pictures, you are granting VIASWEAT a license to use your photos and post them on our website, Instagram, Facebook, other social media outlets as well as in print or digital marketing material.
How do I get my photo off the VIASWEAT Instagram or Facebook page?
If you would like us to take down a photo from our Instagram or Facebook page, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your request and confirm it, we will proceed to remove the photo immediately.
